Advertiser Terms

These terms are the contract between your business and us when you advertise on Hunt through the self-serve advertiser portal at ads.huntbrowser.com. You pay in advance into a prepaid balance, and we deliver your approved ads to Hunt users.

1. Who the contract is between

This contract is between Newtact Lab Private Limited (OPC) (CIN U72200TG2015OPC097632, GSTIN 36AAECN8657K1ZU, registered office 12th Floor, Manjeera Trinity Corporate, Geek Space Business Centre, Near Lulu Mall, KPHB Phase 3, Hyderabad, Telangana 500072, India) ("Hunt", "we", "us") and the business that opens the advertiser account ("you"). The person who accepts these terms confirms that they are authorised to bind that business.

If your business is outside India, the contract is instead with our sister company, Thaja FZE LLC, a company registered in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (hello@thaja.net), on these same terms. It invoices you, with UAE VAT where it applies, and "Hunt", "we" and "us" then mean Thaja FZE LLC.

2. Your account

• Advertiser accounts are for businesses and professionals, not for personal use.
• Give us true details: your legal business name, address, contact person, and, where you have them, your GSTIN and PAN. We may ask for documents to verify them, and for proof that you may advertise a product or brand.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for everything done in your account.
• We may refuse or close an account at our discretion, for example if we cannot verify you or your ads break our Advertising Policy.

3. Placements

You can buy these placements, as offered in the portal:

Every ad is labelled "Sponsored" with your display name. We add the label; you cannot remove or change it. Placements, formats and specifications may change; the portal shows the current ones.

4. Targeting

You can target by country, operating system and how users installed Hunt. We do not offer targeting by personal profile, interests, browsing history, age, gender or other personal traits, and we do not target ads at anyone we know is under 18. You must not try to target or identify individual users.

5. Review

• Every campaign is reviewed by us before it runs, and again if you change it.
• We may approve, reject, pause or remove any campaign, at any time, including after it has started, for example if it breaks our Advertising Policy, a law, or a user complaint shows a problem. We will tell you the reason where we can.
• Approval is not legal advice and does not mean we confirm your ad is lawful. You remain responsible for it.

6. Prepaid balance

• Advertising is prepaid. You add funds to your balance, and campaigns are paid from it as ads are delivered.
• At present we add funds after you pay us by bank transfer or another method we agree. We will issue a tax invoice for each payment. Online payments may be added later in the portal.
• Your balance and every change to it are shown on the portal's Billing page.
• Your balance is credit for advertising with Hunt only. It is not a deposit, does not earn interest, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be used for anything else.
• Unused balance expires 12 months after your last top-up or ad delivery, whichever is later. We will warn you by email before it expires.
• Refunds. If you close your account, or we close it for a reason that is not your breach, we will refund the unused balance to the account it was paid from, within 30 days, less any amounts you owe us. We do not refund balance when we close an account because you broke these terms or our Advertising Policy, except where the law requires.

7. Prices and charges

• Ads are priced per 1,000 impressions (CPM). The price for each placement is shown in the portal before you submit a campaign, and is fixed for that campaign while it runs.
• You set a daily budget, a total budget and an optional limit on how many times one user sees your ad each day. We will not charge more than your daily budget, your total budget or your remaining balance.
• Prices are shown without GST unless the portal says otherwise. GST and any other taxes are added as the law requires.

8. How we count

• We count impressions and clicks with our own systems. Impressions are deduplicated before they are counted. Our counts are used for billing.
• We filter out traffic we believe is invalid, such as bots or fraud, and do not charge you for it. If we find invalid traffic after you were charged, we will credit your balance.
• If you think our counts are wrong, tell us within 30 days of the end of the month concerned, and we will look into it in good faith.

9. Reports and data

• The portal shows your campaigns' impressions, clicks and spend, as totals by day.
• We do not give you personal data about users, and reports are never at the level of an individual user.
• You must not try to identify users, combine our data with other data to identify them, or put tracking pixels, fingerprinting or similar code in your ads or links that collect personal data without the user's consent. Your landing page's own data collection is your responsibility and must follow the law.

10. Your promises

You promise that:

• you have all the rights needed for your ads, including in the text, images, logos, music, people and trademarks in them;
• every claim in your ad is true, can be proved, and is not misleading, and you will give us the proof if we ask;
• your ads, products and landing pages follow all laws that apply, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019, the CCPA's Guidelines on Misleading Advertisements and on Dark Patterns, the ASCI Code, the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act, and the Online Gaming Act 2025;
• your ads follow our Advertising Policy;
• your landing pages are safe, work properly and match the ad.

You are responsible for your ads and for what you sell. Under the Misleading Advertisements Guidelines, the advertiser is responsible for its claims.

11. Licence to use your ads

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, resize, crop, label and show your ads in Hunt for your campaigns, and to show them in the portal and in our review records. We may make technical changes needed for each format, such as resizing a picture, without changing the message.

12. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any number of impressions, clicks, sales or other results, or that an ad will run at a particular time or position. The Hunt services may sometimes be unavailable.

13. Indemnity

You will cover our reasonable losses, costs and legal fees from any claim, fine or penalty arising from your ads, your products, your landing pages or your breach of these terms.

14. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability to you under this contract is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

15. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep confidential the other's non-public business information shared under this contract, and use it only for this contract, unless the law requires it to be disclosed.

16. Suspension and ending

• You can stop your campaigns at any time in the portal, and close your account by writing to hello@huntbrowser.com.
• We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or the Advertising Policy, do not pay, or if the law or a regulator requires it.
• Sections 6 (refunds), 10, 13, 14 and 15 continue after the contract ends.

17. Changes

We may change these terms or our prices. We will tell you by email or in the portal at least 15 days before a change takes effect. Changes do not affect campaigns already approved and running at a fixed price, until they end.

18. Law and disputes

This contract is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, each of us will try in good faith to settle the dispute for 30 days.
